Dr. Morrow subsequently gained certification in Acupuncture. This enhanced his already extensive training in the areas of neuro-muscle skeletal diagnosis and treatment.
Drawing from the knowledge and business expertise from having previously owned a custom building business (1986-1992), Dr. Morrow built a new clinic which is now situated at the old Broadway Chiropractic site. With practitioners in the fields of naturopathy, chiropractic, massage therapy and podiatry joining the practice, The Centre for Natural Pain Solutions opened its doors in April of 2009. Patients now enjoy easy access to natural treatment protocols unique to this new clinic.

Dr. Dan Roch was born and raised in St. Vital, right here in Winnipeg. In 2004 he received his B. Sc. (Bachelor of Sciences) and DC (Doctorate of Chiropractic) at the Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis, Missouri.
After graduation, Dr. Roch chose to return to Winnipeg to remain near his family and friends. He purchased a chiropractic practice in Gimli, Manitoba, and has worked since 2005 to build a thriving rural practice. Dr Roch joined the Centre for Natural Pain Solutions in April of 2009. The interdisciplinary team approach was an important drawing card as it has provided the unique opportunity for ongoing learning and sharing with other clinic doctors.
In 2005 Dr. Roch chose to pursue a post-graduate diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology. He studied with the Carrick Institute , attending seminars all over the world to pursue his interest in Chiropractic Neurology. He spent over 300 hours in seminar, and spent even more hours in self-study.
In 2010, Dr. Roch was received his post-doctorate Diplomate degree in Chiropractic Neurology (DACNB). He is currently accredited by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board - it is the specialty certification agency for the chiropractic profession that is fully accredited by the National Commission for Certification Agencies (NCCA) and the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). Only seven chiropractors in Canada are current diplomats, and there is no equivalent Board in Canada.
Dr Roch has unique, advanced, and up-to-date knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of neurological concerns. He has had excellent results in treating the following neurological issues:
No referral is required to receive a neurological assessment from Dr. Dan. He will work with you and your family to ensure you obtain the best possible outcome relative to your condition.
Dr. Dan is presently accepting new patients for neurological assessment and treatment, however there is a short waiting list at the present time due to demand for his services. If your matter is an urgent concern, please ensure you indicate this to the receptionist when you book your initial consultation, and we will work to have you seen as soon as possible.
What can I expect as a new Chiropractic Neurology patient?
You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and health history form. The questions asked of neurological patients are intended to provide Dr. Dan the best possible information to assist you.
At your first appointment, Dr. Dan will complete a full neurological assessment. He will also perform a chiropractic examination. The first appointment typically lasts 30-45 minutes.
Dr. Dan will then provide you with a diagnosis (if applicable), a differential diagnosis, and recommendations for treatment. He will assess whether additional imaging is required to provide him complete information. He may request information from your medical doctor, copies of X-Ray, MRI, CAT scan, etc.
Because there are many patients who are anxious to work with Dr. Dan for rehabilitation, he requires that patients fully comply with treatment plans and do not miss appointments except in exceptional circumstances.
Effective treatment of neurological conditions requires dedication on the part of both doctor and patient, and Dr. Dan expects his patients to work as hard as he does in order to see meaningful results. Rehabilitation can be a lengthy road, but Dr. Dan has the expertise to help you fully achieve the best possible recovery.
Dr. Dan's services are in very high demand, and Chiropractic Neurology appointments are longer than typical Chiropractic appointments. They therefore have their own fee schedule, which is available upon request. Your treatment plan and applicable fees will be fully discussed with you before treatment proceeds.

Melissa was awarded the title of Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist after graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2011. While at MTCM, she independently developed an intensive practicum to further specialise in the treatment and management of chronic pain, and upon completion of the program she received special recognition for both her academic achievement and hands-on proficiency.
Melissa's style of practice is based on the foundation of a comprehensive assessment of each patient and a thorough understanding of the complex factors that lead to the development of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. She then utilises diverse remedial massage therapy modalities including myofascial release, structural integration, and joint mobilization to create a targeted, therapeutic treatment based on each individual's needs.
Melissa's approach focuses on positive outcome-based sessions that lead to a renewal of health and extends to complementary home care strategies using remedial exercise and stress-reduction techniques to enable the client to retain optimal function.
